This training will offer a look into MIS from several different program views. This session will highlight client demographics, program entry, tracking National Performance Indicators, scales in MIS, encounters, referrals, client case notes...and much more! We will be looking at several new pages and entry options in the MIS.  This training is for the Joplin location only (Sep 1-2).

 Location:  Joplin, MO (Missouri Southern State University (MSSU), 3950 E Newman Rd, Joplin, MO 64801)

 Date:  September 1st (10am - 5pm) & 2nd (8:30am - 12pm)

Requirements to attend MIS User Training:

 Employed with Community Action Agency for at least 3 months.

 Have an active MIS user ID and password.

 Logged into MIS in the past 30 days.
