This training is a two-day train-the-trainer workshop for the Step Up to Leadership curriculum.  Ideally suited for staff who have worked as trainers, facilitators, or family skills coaches with moderate sized groups, this training is meant to equip participants with a basic overview of the curriculum and the diverse materials it comprises.  Participants will learn concepts of the curriculum through firsthand experience with many of the creative learning exercises that provide the backbone of each of the twelve class sessions.  For more information:  http://extension.missouri.edu/cd/stepup.aspx.  A Facilitator Manual is required for each participant who attends this training (you may opt to purchase with registration or on your own).

Registration fee:  $250  (Registration fee waived for Missouri CAA staff)

Cancellation policy:  Cancellation refunds for the training, minus a $50 per person administrative fee, will be granted upon written request to the MACA office if received two weeks before the event. Substitutions are encouraged.  For Missouri CAA registrants who do not attend, except when substitutions are made, a fee of $25.00 will be charged.  Late registrations will be dealt with on a case by case basis and may incur a late registration fee.
