Title: Introduction to ROMA
Summary/Description: This training will cover concepts related to the ROMA cycle: Assessment, Planning, Implementation, Achievement of Results, and Evaluation. Specifically, this one-day training will fill the phase II requirement for the Nationally Certified ROMA Implementer (NCRI) candidates in Missouri. Application of the ROMA concepts will be discussed in relation to agency processes including the community needs assessment, strategic planning, and outcome reporting.

Additional Info: Lunch is included. This training is limited to NCRI candidates at this time; however, if you are not a NCRI candidate and you are interested in attending an Introduction to ROMA training, please contact ckohler@communityaction.org. NCRI candidates will need to bring their agency community needs assessment, strategic plan, community action plan, and outcome of efforts documentation to reference throughout the day.
