Missouri CAN: Navigate the Capitol
Do you ever get lost in the Missouri State Capitol? Need a refresher on how a bill becomes a law? If so, come to “Missouri CAN: Navigate the Capitol.” This orientation event is complete with a tour of the Missouri State Capitol building, a discussion about the current legislative session, and what you can do in your hometown to support our mission. This session is open to seasoned capitol-goers and newbies alike. We encourage all who are interested in the legislative process to attend.

2:00 pm - Registration and Introductions at Missouri State Capitol - Hearing Room 2 (this was changed from Hearing Room 1)
Walk through the legislative process - how a bill becomes a law

3:00 pm - Walking tour and education session through the Capitol
4:00 pm – Meet back in Hearing Room 1 for final thoughts and questions
