About the Experience
Missouri CAN’s Case Management & Coaching
This training opportunity is designed for those who work directly to serve the needs of clients. It is rooted in Community Action principles, and provides a foundation for the process of family development. The content focuses on engaging clients from the moment they walk in the door, evaluating their needs, working with them to set achievable goals, and measuring outcomes. Special attention is also given to the process of writing effective case notes and tracking information in a way that supports agency National Performance Indicators and reporting.
